What I learned in my garden over the weekend: Goanas are very fast. Frill necked lizards scurry quite noisily through the undergrowth but are well camouflaged and invisible when they stand still. Snakes slither silently... too silently.
I love to sit and stare. I write and draw and make hand-made books. And I love reading. Even more than mushroom risotto or spaghetti pesto or a glass of pinot noir. Maybe.
